Hi Team,
We need to cancel the visits which are in "In Process" state. Can anyone please help how can we meet this requirement.

Adding to what Suresh has mentioned above.
from my POV In a business scenario, setting a Visit to Inprocess , is done when your sales rep is actually at the customer performing the assigned task/surveys of that visit. So , It also doesnt logically add up when you are setting it to inprocess and then you cancel , it .
If the visit is cancelled , it has to be done before you actually start it , which is the Open status , so from open , you either process it or directly cancel it 🙂

As soon as a visit was set to In Process, it is no longer possible to cancel it. This is an expected system behaviour.
You can set the visit to status Completed
This feature is not supported in the current release of SAP Cloud for Customer
