Hello All,

I have a requirement of calling Standard QC from each row inside my Advance List Pane.

I have created a extra field in my ALP(Advance List Pane), made that field as Button, gave the semantic as Quick Create and associated thing type container (Selected a field from my DataList)

I went inside DataList and used that field and called the Standard Service Request TT in Associated Thing Type.

But it is not opening my Standard Service Request QC. Can anyone help please.

Please try OBN navigation

Hi Dedeepya,

OBN will work for calling Standard screen from another Standard Screen or Calling a Custom Screen from Standard screen right ?

Here my requirement is to call Standard QC from Custom EC i.e, from each record in my Advance List Pane, I think OBN wont work here.

OBN "always" Works 🙂

And yes TT navigation also always works.

If you are unable to configure TT nav using UUID/ID then you need to evaluate OBN for your use case.

In your case, the FIELD (extra) on which you have maintained an association for calling QC, please verify if its a KEY field of the TARGET BO i.e. if it is the NODEID/UUID/ID field.

TT Nav only works well when u pass Key Fields.

Hi Shrikanth,

You are doing it correctly, just make sure that you are associating the data field(in data model) to the right TT type for Service Request .
