How to calculate the duration between last changed on Date to current date for lead in SAP C4C

Dear Team,

1) I would like to create a lead report where we would like to calculate the duration between last changed of lead on Date to current date.

Request you to please suggest me something best to do this requirement . How can i get subtraction in report through Business Analytics.

2) Business has shared one report template which got downloaded from sale force now they want this on C4C. Please find attached screen shot. Now you can suggest what will be best way to design to archive this in C4C.report-design-which-got-downloaded-from-salesforce.png
