How to avoid a Key Figure to add up values (Opportunity History)

Hello everyone,

I want to create a report using the data source “Opportunity History” that will compare the current month Expected Value to last month Expected Value for example.

The issue with that is that the data source can contains several entries for one opportunity for the periods that I want to compare and therefore the key figure Expected Value will add the value of each entry.

For example:

Opportunity ABC has been modified two times last month. Each time the Expected Value was not changed and always the same: 10 000 euros.

Therefore there are two records for that opportunity in the data source “Opportunity History”.

If I take the last month period, Expected Value will be displayed as 20 000 euros (10 000 euros + 10 000 euros) instead of 10 000 euros.

Is there is a way to only displayed the last Expected Value when there are several records and the key figure add up values?

Hello,

Pls try to configure "Exception Aggregation" for the key figure with aggregation type as "Counter for All Detailed Values That Are Not Zero, Null, or Error" and assign a characterstic on the basis of which system will categorize them as unique.
