When attachments are added to "cloud for service" tickets by uploading a local file, we are not able to add multiple attachments together. This is not every helpful in our enterprise environment.
Request clarification before answering.
Thanks Stefanie. Multiple attachments via drag and drop only when we open the ticket via C4S service tickets as an agent.
However, when end users (requester) try to add multiple attachments via portal (My service ticket), they cannot.
Please advise.

you can add multiple attachments at ones by using drag and drop.
I think this should also be possible in tickets.
