Hello Experts
I am creating a CBO to send data for WhatsApp campaigns from MKT
I already built the CBO
also an Export Definition,
I can already see the CBO:

But I have a doubt, the system tells me that the object has no name

The other issue is that in the export definition, since it is not a "custom" field, how do I add them to the Export Definition? (they are the fields in the image with yellow frame)
and How the Export Definition is associated with my CBO.
Finally:
I understand that you have to create a custom logic, that is, a BAdi for Open Channel, but you already have one for a Mobile APP,
Can you create another one like it, or is that one enough?
Best regards
Elio C

Hi Elio,
It is normal to see the unnamed object - you are creating an instance of a CBO. Once you save, the ID will be shown.
I don't understand your question about the Export Definition. Export Definition has no relation with CBO. The Export Definition is for contact attributes.
The BAdI to implement are documented in our online documentation. Please check Adapt Enhancements | SAP Help Portal.
I also want to point out this video from a partner that proposes a solution for the WhatsApp integration. It might interests you.
Best Regards
Isabelle

Hi isabelle.thore
Thank you for your answer, the doubt with the Export Definition is because, in theory, the CBO is created and that CBO must be associated with an export definition, through which the content data of the CBO will be sent to the WhatsApp provider

Well that's what I understand.
