how to apply promotions based on users in 6.6 version

Hello Experts,

My requirement is i have to apply promotions based on users like one user have 15% ,second user have 20% on same product.How to do this,Is any OOB is their?.Please suggest me.Please help me.Share your ideas.

Hi Sindhu,

You have to grab the login user id using user service API and then verify the user belongs to which group based on your customer segmentation , if the customer belong one specific group based on your business rules you applied the promotions. Also make sure that you have created a promotion rules before apply in your code.

Hello Sindhu,
If your using promotion engine this can be done by using OOB conditions.
For ex. if you want to give User1 15% discount if user buys P1 product and User2 20% discount on same product, you have to create condition group of Target Customer and Qualifying products and action as product level discount. Hi Sindhu,

Discount Rows is one of the option to implement your requirement .

Let's take an example , product P1 and Users user1 and user2 are available, we need to create two discount rows as below

Discount row 1:- P1 and User1 , 15% discount value

Discount row 2 : - P1 and User2 , 20% discount value
