How to align the dropdown values of contact functions in SAP C4C and C4C outlook add in

Hi Team,

We are having an issue in dropdown values for functions in contact in SAP C4C.We have only 7 values in the dropdown for functions field in Contacts in SAP C4C where as in the outlook add in version of C4C shows many other values in the dropdown for the functions field while creating Contacts through outlook. These are not needed in our project and we need only 7 values in outlook like SAP C4C.

Could anyone please help us to remove the extra values from the outlook c4c.Please assist.

Hi Pushpa,

Unfortunately this cannot be done.

You might consider moving to the Server Side Integration instead of the add on and let the users create their contact person via the side pane. There the tables as used in C4C will be come visible if the profile is set up accordingly.
