How to add variables to my report?

Dear all:

I would like to add the currency variable to my report, because the currency of my country is not dollars, we sell in dollars and the currency of my country and in my report I would like everything to be shown in a single currency: dollar, how can I achieve this ?

You will have to work with currency conversion.
