Dear Friends,
My query is on Feedback flow feature in SAP Service Cloud V2.
In C4C V1, we have a possibility to link the placeholder to any unique id.
Example: #SURVEY145# linked to Ticket ID.
Similarly in V2, how to add a survey link to email template, so that when a feedback flow is triggers an email to customer where the customer can clicks on survey link and fill the survey.

I had the same issue and found this SAP Note on that: https://me.sap.com/notes/3533836/E Seems like Qualtrics is needed but I haven´t tried it out yet.

I have tried out the survey link via 'Feedback' feature in SAP C4C v2 and it worked as mentioned on the SAP note: https://me.sap.com/notes/3533836
As of now, it appears that V2 supports survey links exclusively through Qualtrics, unlike V1, where C4C out-of-the-box survey links could be directly embedded into survey emails.
