How to add signature to reply to customer from lead in sap C4C

I want to add some company and signature in mail replied from lead after Regards..

How to do it in sap C4C.

Hi,

In addition to what MJ has mentioned, you can also use "Templates" defined under "Sales" workcenter with usage as "Signature".

It will allow you to define certain placeholders along with corporate branding for all users while responding to the customers via email as channel.

Hi Madhuri,

You can set up (multiple) e mail signatures.

In Settings - My e-mail settings - users can select their signature for new emails and reply/forward.

When you create an email activity from e.g. a lead transaction the email template is selected and shown.
