How to add relationship between accounts and its underlying contacts to the new extension field

Hi SAP Community,

I hope everyone is keeping well. I am working on creating a new extension field- which is an indicator and is added to both Accounts and Contacts. What I am trying to achieve is that I want to maintain this on the account level. When I update the field on the account, I want the added field to update on the contacts under that account automatically. I am trying to make config changes to the extension field to make this happen but I am unable to do it. Do you have any suggestions or advise?

Dear s34krish,

As per the below KBA, the Account to Contact extension is not supported as of now.

This might be provided in one of the future releases.

You can update the field using SDK.

I am not a PDI developer.

I guess it should be as below

You can create a Contact XBO and You can write a ABSL script for copying the KUT Value from Account to Contact on the On Save/Before Save Event.

I am not sure if there is a process extension scenario for this as well.
