How to add new fields to the scoring attributes

Hello experts! According extensibility guide for SAP Marketing (https://help.sap.com/viewer/13d84c47bb6749a188fd53915c256516/1902.500/en-US/e465dd30cb3342f091fd14a2f8ac06fc.html), in the custom fields & logic app I create custom field.

Then in the UIs and Reports tab i choose the Enable status on the «Marketing Common Service» and «Score Attributes» fields.

Then, according to the documentation, I expect to see the attribute I added in the previous step in the score bulder application.

But this is not happening. How do I display a new attribute?

Hi Andrey,

Can you create the incident for SAP, we will check from our side what is wrong. After some time ( approximately more than an hour) it should be visible in score builder.

Yes, I published a custom field.We have tried and "all consumers" & "all accounts & contacts"too. This is a test environment

Hi Andrey,

I think Latha is right and you should open an incident in the support launchpad.

In our system it works as expected.

Hi Andrey,

for me it looks good. Did you release the custom field?

Which segmentation profile are you using for the score? I can try to reproduce the issue.

Is it on Q- or P-Tenant? Maybe it's a problem after the 1902 upgrade.
