How to add LDAP Users to a distribution list for GRC Policy Management

Hi Experts,

I have configured SAP GRC Policy Management successfully in a system.

I can email policies to users who are created in SU01. (via user groups and individual user selection)

I have also configured the system to sync with LDAP. These users are created in the GRACUSERCONN table.

When sending out a policy, I can select each user separately. I would like to create a distribution list and add the ldap users to this list then send out the policy to that specific list. Unfortunately, I cant seem to find a way to add LDAP the users to the DL.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Update:

The Update Job (GRAC_REP_OBJ_SYNC) works now, but without any entries, in SLG1 following error appears:

Cannot perform read operation on the LDAP System

When trying the "Find" feature in transaction LDAP, everything works fine.

Any idea?

Hi Nish,

i have the same goal, but maybe the same problem.

Firstly my connection works fine also, but how you imported the LDAP user in the table

GRACUSERCONN?

And then it is possible to select users for policy-policy scope-people?

Select specific user or even select distribution list?
