How to add Fix Value Coupons in Customer Checkout Manager?

Dear Experts,

As per our business requirement we have to add Fixed value coupons in SAP customer checkout.

Is there any way to add Fixed value coupons in Customer checkout?

Some times customer will give one or More coupons with fixed value while payment in Kiosk Mode.

Can you please describe your use case in more detail?

My current understanding is:

The customer has collected for example 500 loyalty points. You want that the customer is able to trade in the 500 points and in exchange receives 5 coupons with a value of 100 points each. And these coupons he can use to purchase goods in store. Is that it?

As per business process client distributes the coupons to their customers.

By using this coupons their byers can buy any Goods in store.

Each coupon is of value Rs. 68.

If anyone comes with 1 coupon then he can get discount of amount (68 *1)=68 while purchase.

If anyone comes with 2 coupons then he can get discount of amount (68 *2)=136 while purchase.

If anyone comes with n coupons then he can get discount of amount (68 *n) while purchase.

Are these coupons distributed based on consumption of loyalty points?

Or are they free giveaways with no connection to a loyalty program?

In this case there is no connection to loyalty program.

It is base Free giveaways.

If Customer have one coupon of value 68 and his bill amount is 100 there customer will pay only 32 rs.

Your use case is covered by what we call a Free Voucher in SAP Customer Checkout. It can have any amount and does not need a valid voucher ID during the redemption process. So the cashier just puts in the value of what you call a Coupon and this is deducted from the amount the customer has to pay.

Here is an example of how I configured it in Kiosk mode under Sales -> Article ID of voucher

And this is how it then looks from a cashier point of view. The cashier selects the Voucher Payment tab and the Free Voucher subtab.

Dear Gunther,

Thank you for you suggestion.

But this solution is worked when we have to give variable value discount.

In our case we have to set Fixed value discount selection like coupons selection.

If user select this coupon then system will automatically take fixed value of that coupon as discount.

The exact use case like you describe ("free vouchers with fixed values") it is not supported.
