How to add Field Description into the Sales Quote template

I’m looking to add field ‘Description’ to form template ‘Quote’ for United Kingdom, but I can’t locate it in the form structure.

In the sales quotes, the field 'Description' is saved in Name field in backend. Hence, you can add the field Name into the template, it will show the Description value maintain in the quote.
