Dear Experts,
We are trying to integrate Customer checkout to SAP business one.
We have followed all configuration steps.
But system not added entries punched in CCOS to SAP business one.
We are able to view entries added from CCOS in Integration framework but that entries are not added in SAP B1.
In Integration framework system not showing our SAP business one database in B1iServer.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
please check if the article is existing in SAP Business One and which UoM the article has in SAP Business One.
What is the use case in your current system? Do you have the central article management enabled? Is the Article also maintained in SAP Customer Checkout manager? Wich UoM is used?
kind regards
Stephan

Hello,
only SAP Customer Checkout has to be integrated in B1I (Services are needed, see SAP Note 2163033), SAP Customer Checkout manager is not directly connected to SAP Business one.
please have a look into following blogs (especially the 2nd):
https://blogs.sap.com/2018/07/03/enablement-for-sap-customer-checkout/
https://blogs.sap.com/2018/01/29/interaction-between-sap-customer-checkout-and-sap-businessone/
Furthermore check the guides which can be found in the SAP Customer Checkout installation path.
In general the guides are stored in this path: C:\SapCustomerCheckout\doc\EN
Or check SAP Help: https://help.sap.com/viewer/8f711df7d2aa4f1aa29f88c86cef2081/2.0.5/en-US
If this doesn't help, please explain more detailed what you already did and what you expect. If your question is correctly, kindly select the answer as "Right Answer". This helps others to follow and easily locate answers.
thanks a lot and kind regards
Stephan
