How to add custom button to a standard QC screen in SAP C4C

Hi experts,

when creating a new individual customer in the QC screen we get field like mobile number, I want to have a button next to that as shown in the image, is it possible to create a button like this to side to the field if not just below the field?

and I want to enable (visible only if on value change in the mobile field)
what is the easit way to acheive this, can you help

Create a EC, Add mobile number field and Button on that EC.
