How to add an image to an individual customer?

Hello SAP community,

I hope that everyone is doing great and keeping yourself safe.

I want to ask if anyone of you know how to add an image to an individual customer/ account with the lastest C4C upgrade release? I was able to add an image to Employee but in the briefing notes I see that it mentions that an image can be added to accounts/ individual customers as well. Could you please help me understand how to achieve this?

Hi,

You can add an image to Account/Individual Customer by adding a image in the Attachment tab with attachment tyope as "Business Partner Image"

Thank you very much. I uploaded the image as a "business partner" image as per your advise but I am unable to see it on the customer profile. I still see their initials on the profile.

Not sure why but in my case I am able to see the image in TI as well as new quick view as shown:
