How to add an existing field to the score attributes list in the Score Builder?

We are working on SAP Marketing Cloud.

I am building a score and one of the conditions I want to build into my rule model is the "Count of Interactions". This is not available in the standard list of attributes. Is there an easy way to pull this field into the Score Builder?

Score Builder Rule Set:

The field is available under the segmentation configuration app.

• Segmentation object>> contacts
• Data alias>> Interaction Rating

And this calculation is also done as part of the Contacts profile and viewed in the interactions tab. The different interactions of the contact are counted together and the value is presented.

I know the other options is to use the Custom Fields and Logic app. The problem here is there isn't a standard BAdi available to do a calculation for the count of Interactions. More specifically we need to count the number of Sales Orders.

Hello Shaun!

Unfortunately the count of interaction, sum os values as well as product-related fields have been removed of Score. I also need this desperately! It is on the 1911 roadmap and I am hoping this is true! Please take a look at my question here, you may find more details on this.
