How to add a selection in the dropdown of service category in Service tickets.

Hi Team,

There are two questions:

1. We would like to add two new selection - Minor and Major, at the dropdown of selection of service category. Please see the below snip and let us know the steps.

2.Also, please help us to add the values to the selection of search help.
