Dear All,
How do i activate articles in SAP Customer Checkout. I have defined some articles as sales items in SAP Business one but if i pick the items in SAP Customer Check out they are deactivated. The items are active in SAP business one.

Hello Wendy,
did you re-activate the article in SAP Business one? Did you perform a article synch in SAP Customer Checkout afterwards?
Does the synch job runs through without error messages?
