How to activate Actual spend in Hybris marketing

Hi

I made my communication from my hybris marketing system to SAP Digital interconnect but I don't receive any information about the actual spend. Do you know where do I have to check this? I already launch a campaign but I do not receive any info about this. I receive all of the email_opened, Click_Through, etc. But nothing about Spend.

Hello Aldo,

Which actual are your referring to? We have, what we call, the financial actual that are coming from an ERP system. Those actual can brought into SAP Marketing Cloud using a standard integration with SAP ERP, using a CSV file, or using an OData Service API. Those actual can be seen in the Campaigns app, under the spend tab, but also in Budget Plans app, Marketing Plans app, or Programs app, provided that the linkage is done. For example, a campaign is part of a program which has a funding source from a budget plan, and the program is part of a marketing plan. More information on planning can be found here. There is also what we call campaign success data which are the actual for the campaign that could be external cost, click rates, etc. Those actual can be uploaded using a CSV file. Both type of actual can be aggregated or not in the different apps. This is control using a configuration app. Find more information on campaign success data here and here.

Thank you all for your answers.

As I can see there is nothing that can do this actual spend move according what DI send. I have already test with CSV file but our seller of DI told us It can be made and we will have that information almost in the moment but I never found such info or configuration.

you can import your actual spend via csv in the Import Data app.

Hi Aldo,

There is no replication of actual spend for email messages (or SMS) from SAP Digital Interconnect or Amazon SES to SAP Marketing (on-prem/Cloud).
