how to access key value from local.property file into business process.xml ?or how to Run all email business process from the particular node?

I want to run all email business process from the particular node(Node-1 or Node=2) specific as my project having more that 50 email business process and each time we have to run in different node specific Is there any feasibility to read/access node key value from local property into each business process.xmls? So that we can dynamically change the node value property from local.property file Could you please help me to suggest the feasibility for this requirement.
