In current system only unique Customer id is accepted into SAP marketing for Loyalty Points object, which has been created as Custom business object. If duplicate Customer id is passed, system throws "short dump" error when file processed from SCPI.
Now customer is planning to send duplicate customer id entries in a single file as a new requirement by adding a new field as "File id" .
How "Customer id" field with multiple duplicate entries can be passed into marketing system through SCPI - as this is a Custom object field (Loyalty Points object) in marketing.
Note : OData API is used to process files.
