How much time does it take from request productiv system to have it available? Marketing Cloud

Hi community,

does anybody knows how much time does it take from pushing the button "request productiv system" in SAP Marketing Cloud until the system is ready to use? I only worked in existing systems until now and this information would support further planning.

Hi Stefan,

as far as I know SAP states that it can take up to one week, but from my experience I can say never waited more than three working days. As an average I would say two days.

Hi Stefan,

just for the records: Tobias' answer is also documented in the Onboarding Guide for SAP Marketing Cloud in chapter Ordering the Production Tenant - SAP Help Portal:

"The provisioning of the production tenant can take up to one week. However, in most cases the production tenant is available within one to two working days. Please note that this time frame only serves as an approximate value and cannot be guaranteed."
