How much is the contact storage size in SAP Marketing Cloud?

How much space does SMC have or is it available in the tool to store contacts, consumers and accounts in a productive environment?

And if more storage space is required, how is the process to obtain it?

Are repositories handled?

I would appreciate any additional information.

Hi Elio,

here you can download the sizing guidelines for SAP Marketing Cloud.

So the memory depends on the number of contacts and so on. I'm not a 100% sure about the process but I think for getting more space you have to reach out to the responsible SAP Account Executive to switch to a higher tier.

I think you can find all of the needed information in the documents. This is an excerpt:

As Tobias rightly said you have to use the SAP Marketing Cloud - Sizing Guide and based on your size requirement you check with SAP Account Executive for changes/updates.

Note: This is a management level decision and cost varies with sizing.

Hi eliocentenob,

unfortunately I'm not aware of any possibility to see the license information in SAP Marketing Cloud.

If you go to your C/4HANA Cockpit (https://cockpit.cx.cloud.sap/) you can see the Entitlements for SAP Marketing Cloud.

Choosing the Details of License Information here shows 1 CC for my system, but I'm not sure if the 1 really stands for Tier 1.

But that's the only place I can see something about the license.
