How I can delete contacts without email?

Hi All,

I need to delete in sap marketing cloud the contacts without emails. I followed this guide https://answers.sap.com/questions/13217146/how-to-delete-contact-in-marketing-cloud-which-doe.html but I'm not able to create a target group from the segmentation model, since they have no email.

How can I do this?

Hi Gabriele,

why don't you build a segment by excluding all Contacts that DO have an email?

The remaining Contacts then are the ones that do not have an email.

I segmented based on your suggestion and now I have a target of 86k people.

Then I create an application job:

Contacts: Flag Contacts for Deletion Based on Target Group

And I do this settings

But at the end of the job I get 0 contacts

Hi gabriele.gervasi,

The answer still remains the same.

You need to create a segment and filter like "Email = Yes/Valid/Contains@" and then use the exclude option which will be your intended TG.
