Hi Experts,
We are a b2b company currently planning development of an integration with SAP C4C. The goal would be to be able to create leads and tickets in SAP C4C per API.
Could you please share what category we fall into based on the description above - is it a customer add-in, a standalone app or is it called differently in C4C?
It would also be very helpful to know whether a developer account in the SAP PartnerEdge Open Ecosystem is what we need to build this integration?
