I'm following this guide https://help.hybris.com/1808/hcd/e1d742dac110467c81ce6d6b139879e8.html right now. I'm able to enter backoffice, but the last System tab available to me is System Setup Audit.
how do I make Multithreaded Synchronization tab available in Hybris BackOffice? or is there an alt option for me (maybe I could fix items.xml somehow)?
Did you try typing 'Multithreaded Synchronization' in the search box above the 'System'? It was not there in backoffice prior to v6.7. If you are using a version lower than v6.7, it could be found in hMC [Ref: https://help.hybris.com/6.6.0/hcd/8c1592fe866910148f2b99571352aede.html ]
