How do i make attachment tab mandatory by using SDK?

Dear Experts,

I need your help and guidance in one scenario which is related to SAP C4C. The scenario is, In C4C, opportunity overview i want to make attachment tab mandatory when sales team select sales phase as "Contract signed". Once they select sales phase as "Contract signed" they will redirect to "Attachment tab" and asking for the attachment doc. Once they attached the documents then only can able to save the opportunity. This thing we configure through SDK, i have the access of SDK but i don't know what are the steps which i need to follow to make attachment tab mandatory by using SDK. Could you please guide me on this?
