How do I assign the catalog SAP_CORE_BC_COM to the communication user?

Hi experts

I have a C4C and MKT integration problem. CPI Consultant tells me that it is an MKT user authorization error.

That same information SAP tells me, it tells me that the SAP_CORE_BC_COM catalog is missing.

But, I check in system and my administrator user is assigned a business role SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR and this has the catalog SAP_CORE_BC_COM (Communication Management).

So, I don't understand how that catalog is assigned to the communications user created for integration with C4C.

I check the documentation and it doesn't detail that point, even within the system.

Hi,

You never assign any catalog to the integration/communication user. Relevant authorizations are automatically assigned to it as soon as the communication arrangement is made active.

In the documentation, where SAP_CORE_BC_COM is mentioned as a pre-requisite, it is assigned to the user who wants to access the "Communication User" tile on the home page(under "communication management" group) as this is only available for the administrator of the systems and not everyone. It has no co-relation to the integration user.
