How do I access the file exports?

I am following the steps described in the Create Export File section
https://help.sap.com/viewer/b88f770e4b7c4ecead5477e7a6c7b8f7/2108.500/en-US/1dc2343c9eb24583baa88457...

It says:

After the campaign has been executed you can track and open the file exports using Download File.

I can't file an app called Download File.

Furthermore, I would like to know if the trigger that generates the file export can also trigger an email that contains in attachment the exported file.

Thank you!

Hi Alessandro,

it is not possible to send the export file via the "Send Email" action.

Do you want to send it always to the same address or to the customer?

Maybe you can work with Open Channel integration, send the export file to CPI and from there within an email to an specific address.

Hi schneidert

I would like to send every update to a static list of employees.

I see this is not possible (strangely enough) with an automated campaign. I will explore your suggestion, thanks.

I have still a question though: in the scheme I posted, to whom would be sent the triggered email? To the contact that submitted the form?

Another question is:

In the campaign design I've posted there is a trigger that generates an export file every time a website registration occours.

I would like to limit this only to one form (out of many that I've created). How can I filter it?

I see that it is possible to enter a Filter Condition but if I click on it I can select only target groups. I would expect to be able to filter for form id or a custom interaction. Why Target Groups? If the trigger is a website registration, I have no target groups in the campaign, since it is an inbound flow, not outbound. This makes no apparent sense to me.

Hi alessandroventuri,

regarding your first question: Yes, the contact that submitted the form will receive the email

regarding your second question: Filters in Campaigns are always Live Target Groups. In your example you could build a Live Target Group e.g. on the "All Interactions" segmentation profile and use those attributes of your choice (e.g. a custom interaction type or the form ID). This Live Target Group can then be added to the Campaign Trigger and a contact is only considered if he fulfills your requirements.

Dear Alessandro,

You should be able to download the file directly from the Campaign app , on selecting the Export file action on the Campaign Automation , you should find the downloaded files in the Export History.

For Sending Emails , you can create an Email action in parallel to Export action from the same target group or trigger.

Saravana.

Thanks Saravana!

I am now able to find the file and download it manually.

But what about the email automation?

You mean this?

How do I attach the exported file to the email? Note that I don't necessarily need an attachment, it could be OK to send an email with a link for download.
