Hi Elio,
As mentioned by Tobias, You are using a wrong Communication Arrangement for C4C-Marketing Cloud integration. You need to use communication arrangement ID 0017, 0045 for C4C-Marketing Cloud Integration.
You just need to enable the field in the corresponding API in order for the field to appear in SCPI.
In order to know the details about how to update the SCPI config please refer following blog

Yes, you can launch the odata metadata URL and see the field name there for corresponding odata. For example:
https://<MarketingHostName>:443/sap/opu/odata/sap/CUAN_BUSINESS_PARTNER_IMP_SRV/$metadata
Here you should be able to see the field.
Hello Tobias
Yes, the field has already been created in C4C and available in the outgoing service, it is also created in SMC, assigned to a segmentation model.
My question is: How to extend the structure in SPCI ?, or what should be done to put the field into the agreement SAP_COM_0017 and the person from SCPI can use it?
I try to pass the information on to that person but he remains bottled up that the field that was created in SMC must be in the BP agreement SAP_COM_0025.
Best Regards
Elio C.

Hi eliocentenob ,
I think this in an S/4HANA Cloud specific scenario for integration with C4C...
For Integration with SAP Marketing Cloud (replication of Business Partners from C4C to SMC and so on) you use the Scenario SAP_COM_0017 (and SAP_COM_0045 for the UI integration to jump e.g. from SMC into Sales Cloud).
So if you want to use an additional field from C4C in SMC, you first have to make it available in the outgoing service in C4C. If you want to use an additional field in SMC you have to create it via Custom Fields and Logic app. Then you can extend the structure on CPI and map the fields. After that you have to make it available in Segmentation via the Segmentation Configuration app.
Hope that helps.
Just to add: I think you should use a blur-effect or something like that to hide your system data.
