We have a customer that is currently going live with CCO. Because of the new system, his tellers make a lot of mistakes and cancel receipt very often. Is there a way to to prevent canceled receipts from being printed. So only completed receipts should be printed.

Hi Amr,
you have to adjust your print template settings. In your case, in the configuration of the pos, go to Hardware, print templates, select the print template you want to configure, left click on it, and scroll down. There you find the option to adjust the behaviour when a receipt is cancelled. See screenshot below.
