How can we get the new KPI "Best Email Sending Time" enabled for Contact under Contact App -> Score

Hello Experts,

I want my Contact to get the new KPI introduced by SAP Marketing- in their 2005 release. Its called " Best Email Sending Time"

Can anyone help me understand how can i get it enabled for my Contact. When and how will it appear for Contacts under Contact App-> Score in SAP Marketing tool.

Have you checked the SAP Help page on Using Best Sending Time and if you're using SAP DI, then Notes for SAP Digital Interconnect.

Hi sajin_poil. Regarding to your last question, the answer is no. The "Score for best time to Send Email" doesn't appear automatically. You have to define a new score for the corresponding segmentation profile and marketing area, with the purpose of "Best Contact Time" as follows:

Then you must define the rules and include the option "Campaign Execution" under "Client Application" drop down as shown here:

i have just one doubt, if i get my SAP DI, BST enabled, will the new field "Score for best time to Send Email" come directly in Sender Profile app, or i need to do something else to bring it there?

Because now i don't see this field in my Sender Profile app, so just want to understand the linking between Marketing and SAP DI.

Hello Sajin,

once your SAP DI account is BST enabled, you can define a best sending time score to the sender profile - email campaigns using that sender profile will then consider the contact's BST. For prerequisites for the underlying score refer to the following KBA:

Yes, i have gone through the SAP help page, and if i try to follow that, it has one step about "Activating the tag"

So, when i am sending a campaign, i am not able to see this tag. Can you help me understand hwo can i get the "Best Sending Time Flag".
