How can I track promotions success in the marketing Cloud?

Hi all,

most of the campaigns we are currently doing are based on personalisation of promotions in hybris. Is there anyone to track the success of these campaigns in the marketing cloud? And is there anyway to trigger these promotions from the marketing cloud?

Dear Silvia,

the use case is the following:

I am using personalised promotion and banners in SAP Commerce using target groups that come from the Marketing Cloud.

What I would like to have in addition is the following:

1. Have the campaign running once per customer; when the customer uses the promotion, he should be removed from the target group and not qualify anymore for it

2. Track the success of the promotions that run in commerce in the marketing cloud

Do you know if this is possible and how?
