How can I see how many vouchers were redeemed out for a specific pool?

Hello Emarsys Loyalty Add-on Experts,

Do you have experience with checking the how many of your vouchers were reedemed?

How can I check this easily? I need this to have approximate idea of the redemption rate of my contacts. Maybe I should be preparing larger vocuher pools in future campaings.

Hi,

You can find this is two places:

1) Go to Add-ons -> Rewards, find the Voucher Pool you are interested in. You will be able to see under the Voucher pool name how many vouchers are still available:

2) If you also want to see how vouchers many were originally uploaded to the pool, open the Upload Files tab, and there you can see the remaining vouchers and also Total codes uploaded.
