i have to process a delivery but the sales order was erroneously Closed. How can I fix it so I can follow through with shipment?

Hi Laura,
If you mean that you have set the status of the sales order as completed, then please check , how you have set the status to completed. If its just by assigning ´Reason for rejection` for the line items, then you can remove it and then the status could be changed from Completed.Nevertheless, if the status of the sale order is completed by creating other follow up documents(with completed status), then I think the only possibility is to create a new sales order.
