How can I prepare Sales Data?

Hi All,

I have some information abouth Sales Data integrastion, but I confued to implement base on mybusiness prosess. My sales data has product base price, product discount, cart total tax amount, cart total discount, cart total amount, sometimes product discount amount. Under these condition, how should I do sales data field mapping? In additional I'm going to plan to loyatly.

Hi omeryildirim - while I wait for more informaitn, have you checked our documentation? Also, do you plan to upload the data via Smart Insight or a plugin?

Hi omer.yildirim,

Reg. loyalty, the system needs the final price that was paid for the product. According to this value, the loyalty system will calculate the number of points that need to be given to the user. More information can be found here.

Thank you for your answer. as far as I understand. The system calculates loyalty only according to the "f_original_price" field, does not multiply or divide by another field in the sales data. If Iwant to calculate, should be prepare sales data in our system in time.
