How can I manage Licenses in Hybris C4C

How do I manage user licenses?

We have "SAP Hybris Sales Cloud, Professional edition" and "SAP cloud for customer limited"

I can also see how many of each we have but I can not see how the licenses are distributed.

Stefan,

You can assign User subscription by going to Admininstrator WC->Business users->Search the user and select it->click EDIT->User Subscriptions.

I am not sure if you can see License distribution/assignment at each Individual User level in the C4C system - I would suggest to raise an incident with SAP to ask details on this or reach out to your Partner Channel/AE from SAP for this.

Could you clarify what do you mean by 'how the licenses are distributed'?

Under 'Service Control Center' you can see the license consumption or over usage.

Hello Ankur,

thank you for anwsering!

I know that I can see the License consumption. But I cant see the Distribution for each user.

So User1 has Professional User2 has Limited etc.

I have got a list with Users wich need to get a License (Limited or Prof.)

Now I dont know how to assign them a License or how is it determined wich user gets Pro or Limited license?
