How can I know the account's role in the live activity center?

Dear Experts,

My customer wants to see the account's role when call arrives at live activity center. The problem is that their accounts can be "ship-to", "sold-to" etc... and they appear two or more times in the screen.

How can I add a field or what can I do to make difference between this accounts?

I need to see contacts as well.

Dear Eduard,

You can use the Live Activity advanced search functionality and filter for the Accounts role.
