How can I hide a closed/stopped opportunity from salesorders->opportunities->my teams opportunities

Within C4C we have an opportunity that is now closed/stopped but appears in the query "my teams opportunities".  Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to remove or hide this opportunity from that view?  (as its status is closed/stopped then I cant see how I can achieve this - the reason to hide it is a sensitve one for our users who see this whenever they access the queue).

Hi Samirv,

You can customize filter that My Teams Opportunity via advence search. When you customize your filter save custom filter with new name and hide the standart filter. You can see details in screenshot.

Further to eness' comment, if you do this via adaptation, then you can set the new customer saved query as a default for all users

Unfortunately I dont think that would be a viable solution for us.

We just want to exclude a specific closed enquiry, not all that are closed.

Maybe if there was a way to modify the involved parties of that enquiry which as far as I can see its not possible as its closed.

How about you still follow Eness' suggestion but instead of filtering based on status, you exclude only the one that you want to exclude? Would that work?

Thanks Julius, it would solve the issue but would not be very clean and it means making a config change which would potentially also impact performance. Appreciate the suggestion though...I might ask the business whether they in fact really need to see closed enquiries at all in which case we might be able to exclude all closed enquiries for all users after all.
