How can I give out a free voucher to all members in a specific tier?

Hello Emarsys Loyalty Experts,

I want to give out a free voucher to all members in a specific tier in my Loyalty program, but without them having to do anything on their side to encourage the members in the lower tiers to strive towards highers tiers.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Hi!

You'll be happy to hear that the Event Action is designed for exactly this purpose.

An event action allows you to engage your customers with a gift incentive for their birthday, anniversary or any other reward you want to give, that does not require customer action. All event actions are triggered by Automation Center programs.
