Hi Ángel,
I hope you are doing well, I checked and performed some tests from our side and, in this specific scenario, we would have two approaches which we would like to recommend you.
The first approach would be to access the Key Figure Settings in your report and selecting a Custom String to be shown instead of zero values or null values. In the 'Show Zeros' field you'll find the 'Custom String' option, which can be defined in the below field.
Another approach would be to filter the report in case it is possible, so the report can display only data which is different than null, but this approach depends on the specific business requirement.
In case you need any further assistance, please leave a comment below 🙂

Hi Arthur. Thanks for your answer.
I´ve set the custom string as follows (please let me know if it´s correct):

But i´m still facing the issue that zero is not being displayed:

Let me explain what is this counter counting:
I need to achive a repport which counts how many business partners have ben converted from prospect to custumer, and there is no standar reprot that shows the date for this convertion, so i´ve created a custom data field in which users register the data when the prospect was converted to customer. The repport is separating years and months and counting this, i mean the counter is counting that in January 2017 there was one convertion, the same as January 2018, but in July 2017 there was one convertion while in July 2019 there are no convertions (zero convertions):

I´m showing this information as a chart, that´s why i need zeros instead "null values"
Is this possible?
Thanks in advance
Hi Ángel,
Hope you are doing well,
After a detailed analysis of the scenario you described, I tried to reproduce this in some test system from our side.
Indeed, seems that the Custom String currently does not cover the null values and hence, it is not possible to add the zero values instead of the 'null values'.
To be honest, I think this would be a great enhancement to the product, so my recommendation would be for you to raise this as a new requirement in our SAP Influence Portal for the Cloud for Customer product.
Our development team would be able to evaluate this enhancement and add this in their backlog for future enhancements in the system, so it would prevent scenarios as the one experienced in your side.
You can access the Influence Portal by following the link below:

In case you decide to follow this approach, kindly confirm my answer and leave a comment below providing us the requirement ID, so we can also vote on it to provide more visibility to our developers.
