I have created CBO, Trigger, Channel & Media and Export Definition.
My questions or concerns are as follows:
1.- How can I link the Exporta Definition that I create to send to WhatsApp with the CBO that I create for WhatsApp campaigns?
2.- In email campaigns you can customize the delivery, that is: Hello Mr. "NAME".
Is it possible to customize the sending of the WhatsApp message at that level? Even other fields that are in MKT and that are custom.

This is a completely custom implementation. You message must be stored in a CBO or a custom fields. There are no standard integration nor field that can be used.
