How can I create new Ticket statuses?

Hello Experts

How can the descriptions of the ticket statuses be modified?

For example, row 2 of the MKT column does not say in processes

Status in SAP Cloud for Customer Status in SAP Marketing Cloud 1 (Open) 01 (In Process) 2 (In Process) 01 (In Process) 3 (Completed) 03 (Completed) 4 (Cancelled) 04 (Cancelled)

Or that I can add one more option for example

6 (Exitoso) 04 (Exitoso)

Hi Elio,

unfortunately as for now, the Customizing of the Interaction Status in SAP Marketing Cloud is not possible.

I already opened an Improvement Request for that: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/266387
