How can I create an Sales order in SAP VCM?

Hello,

I would like to create an sales order in SAP VCM but i don't know which are the main steps to create it and also what are the mandatory fields that have to be completed.

Could you please give me a helping hand on this?

For example, from where can I know below information that is required for creating the SO:

- sales organization

- distribution channel

- division

- Reference (Quot.)

- required delivery date

And at ''All items'' the first field that I have to complete, it's like a model for the further fields ? With other words, in the process of creating the SO, should I complete the first field as a standard one ?
