How can I concatenate triggers?

Scenario

I send an email to a target group with a webinar invitation

Trigger 1: website registration

YES: campaign ends

NO: Trigger 2: clickthrough

YES: send email X

NO: send email Y

I am not able to reproduce this in the campaign design. If I insert the first trigger, only an action can be selected. But my action depends on the other trigger...

How can I configure that?

where I could also have used a trigger "sales order: No" after the initial trigger-based-campaign starting point with an abandoned shopping card.
