The installation does not leave any trace in any file regarding the recipe that has been used. Also, there is no command or configuration using which you can know it. If you haven't customized your installation, you can compare the list of extensions mentioned in localextensions.xml and build.gradle files of probable recipes and come to the conclusion. However, if you have already customized (added/removed extensions) your installation, it will be too difficult for you to conclude this way.
